Boss Contest Issue - Explanation

Dear Heir,

The Boss Siege event starting August 11 encountered issues where some clans could not enter due to developer configuration problems. We have received feedback about low rewards. Operations is coordinating with developers on fixes and future improvements. A separate notice will follow.

Due to the inconvenience caused by this event to all Heirs, we will distribute 50 Conquest Tokens, 1 Dimensional Essence (Bound), 25 Magic-infused Parchments (Bound), and 1 Rare Conquest Oracle Book (Bound) to all Heirs.

Since this issue has not yet been fixed, a few Clans may still be unable to enter the Boss Conquest events on Aug 13 and Aug 18. We will compensate Clans that qualified but could not participate normally in the events on Aug 11, Aug 13, and Aug 18. All members of those Clans will receive 11 Advanced Class/Guardian Spirit Summon Tickets (Bound), based on the member list at the event start.
